It's unofficially the beginning of summer! And to kick it off, The Creative Arts Co-op is going to kill someone. And eat cheesecake, of course.

The new season of Murder a la Mode 2011 is about to start- and do we have a season for you. Our first show, 'Corporate Killings', just goes to prove the law of the jungle rules the boardroom, too.

A little background -
The Creative Arts Co-op has been offering visual and performing arts opportunities for area youth as well as quality entertainment for adults for almost a decade. The murder mysteries began on the Watts Bar Belle and stayed in Roane County when the riverboat left. Performers are both local talent as well as from surrounding areas - bringing the best to one stage.

The shows are interactive - giving audience members the chance to interact with the characters as well as work with each other to search out a killer. Despite the title 'murder mysteries', the shows are comedies - laughs abound. The originally written scripts have received rave reviews by audiences for the past three years, and we plan to continue the tradition.

So, if you are looking for a fun evening out, look no further than Harriman. We are close to home, the parking's free, and the dessert is to die for!
