Can anyone confirm the following information?

TDEC and/or TVA have recently discovered deformed juvenile bluegills in a TVA ash pond with selenium levels in the fish ranging from 15-30 ppm (dry weight, whole body). The deformities were of the spine, head/mouth, fins and easily visible without a microscope with approximately 20% of collected juvenile fish exhibiting deformities.
