Subject: Next Meeting of the Emory River Community Action Commission

The next Meeting of the Emory River Community Action Commission will be on June 6th at 10 AM, at the Emory Heights Baptist Church at 244 Fred Davis Jr Rd, Harriman, TN‎.

Two topics of interest will be presented:
1. TVA will be present to talk about activities that will impact the local community and answer your questions.
2. TVA has contracted with Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) to set up and run a medical screening program that will address health problems experienced by local community members. Barbara Neill (from ORAU) will be at our meeting to talk about this program, how it will work, and why they were chosen to set it up and run it. She will also answer any questions you may have about the program.
