I knew the tea baggers met in Nashville February 4th, but I had no idea how much hatred they brought into our state that day. Pretty sad day.

Actually that link goes to a number of photos very few of which were taken in Washington, some are obviously photoshopped, and none of them are representative of a self styled political party, which if you'll surf around the original site hosting thosse shots, you'll see a surprising number of shots proving grasshoppers point.
With all that said, I find it sad that the indefensible is defended by saying, "the other side does it too."
I was not throwing blame on
I was not throwing blame on anyone both sides do it. I was just trying to make the point that it is just not one party.
But the great thing about it is we have the right here in America to express ourselves any way we want to!

Hey Randy
I'm not denying there was hatred toward Bush.
The video's title is "Exposing Racism". That's the kind of hatred to which I was refering.
The source of Hateful speech.
Expanding on Grasshopper's comment, the fact is, Bush's derision was brought about by his performance and behavior in office, as opposed to the utter b.s., lies, fantasy, and clearly racist rhetoric by those tea partiers.
When legitimate conservatives/libertarians and others defend or wink at that behavior, they are endorsing it.
lying rhetoric and behavior
Right on man. The poster with the Bush sign post just endorsed this lying rhetoric and behavior with his actions.
Endorsement
He is a member of the Roane County Tea Party's FB page. Endorsement enough.
I hesitated to respond to
I hesitated to respond to this seeing you are hiding behind a made up name and have nothing to lose by saying what you want about whoever. I thought I would set my political affiliation straight for you.
Yes I am a moderate conservative. And consider my self a member of the Republican party. Which is no surprise to anyone here. But I am not a member of the Tea Party! I don't know of anyone that is nor have I ever been to a meeting. WC knows me well enough that he could tell you although I consider my self a Republican I vote for who I think is the best person for the job.
I have visited the Tea Party Facebook page but have not joined it. It seems that you have been trying to keep up with my internet activity? You wouldn't be the same person sending me harassing anonymous emails every day would you?
Back to my previous point I was just pointing out that the hatred exicts on both sides in diffrent factions of each party. But I feel blessed to live in a country were people can express their self either being for or against the goverment.

On this sad day, I joined the Tea Baggers!
Why would anyone want to be one of these people?

The same reason you want to be a member of Socialist America! I am sick and tired of the government telling me what I have to do, what I have to pay, and all of the democrats following O'Bama like he is the Pied Piper! I am angry, I have to do something and joining the Tea Baggers, the Polictical Caucus, and other organizations that are willing to do something besides being led like lambs to the slaughter is all that I am able to do. Oh yea, after being a democrat for 61 years, I have joind the Knox County Republican Party! It is people like Whites Creek, that is going to be dead and gone before all this affects them that turn my stomach. Of course Whites Creek may see the affect when he tries to go to the doctor and they tell him they can see him 9 or ten months from now, or that medicaid is broke and he can't see the doctor because there is no money in the cofers to pay for his visit or his medicine. I have a problem with all of these people who are happy to get on medicaid, even though they have never paid a dime into the system. (Illegals mostly) I will be on medicare in a few years (if it is still there) but at least I paid my hard earned money into the system. Money which the government has given to entitlement programs which only benefited the people that sit on their behinds and let the government take care of them! Read up on why California is broke, because they have to pay teachers to teach spanish, pay healthcare for all the illegals that come into their state for free healthcare! Nothing is free! Unless you sit on your duff, do meth, and have a bunch of kids on welfare! Yes, I am angry, and all your do good comments and all your liberal BS will never change my mind. I am just assuming that you are old and set in your democratic ways, that you are one of the people who has been a democrat all you life and nothing will change you now. Well, I am old too, but I am willing to look at both sides and change my mind. Well that is why I wanted to join the TeaBaggers! The Republican Party and anyone else who is willing to vote out these idiots who are sending us straight to socialism! I want at least what I had for my kids and grandkids, not debt and big brother watching over their shoulders. Why do you think that they put the IRS in charge of the healtcare program (Why not the Department of Health, Education and Welfare)it is because the IRS knows all about our financial business and don't kid yourself it is going to be shared with all of government and there will be (as if there already is) no privacy that we have been afforded for most of our lives! So live in your little forest and dreamworld and know that no one can touch you. But next time you try and see your doctor, remember what I said. (After 2014 that is). Also, Randy, the days of your saying what you want and being what you want in this country are sadly numbered. So are mine that is why I am saying it now!
After reading this post
After reading this post I don't think it would be appropriate to make a comment. However I will offer a diagnosis: Debbie Downer Syndrome brought on by extreme paranoia and twisted view of reality.
Take a deep breath and relax. It's not as bad as it may appear. We made it through Social Security and Medicare going into law and we will make it through the new healthcare plan going into law too.
