Can anyone tell me where I could go to discover what TDOT intends to do at the Hwy58 & Hwy70 ( Race & Kentucky Streets) intersection ? Will this effect the buildings ?

I would think the City
I would think the City should have proposed engineering drawings. It is strange that the city would go ahead with this without having an open public meeting to inform the businesses in the affected area of what the procedure will be. Street construction can have a devastating economic effect on walk in businesses if handled poorly.

... this could be another intersection... Hwy 58 is also Gallaher Rd, and it intersects with Hwy 70 east of Kingston. Are we sure it is the Race & Kentucky St intersection being referred to?
