I am sooo surprised! I would

I am sooo surprised! I would have never expected TVA to cheat and lie! Surely, they have never done this before..... like maybe the records of the TVA Kingston Ash Spill. Of course, since they are a "non-profit" "federal agency", they are allowed exemptions that many other companies or corporations would not have. I'm sure its all a mistake!

Not TVA

TVA didn't cheat and lie in this instance. Mr. Correll was a subcontractor. TVA hired his company to do a job and he took shortcuts. This individual decided to falsify measurments and put everyone at risk.

Thank you for that clarification.

It is important to refrain from overgeneralization in such issues.
