Yesterday, Rocky spit in the face of Court Clerk Angela Randolph. Those who come to his defense might want to give some consideration to his mental stability. This man could be on the street ready to continue his war with authority if we are not very careful.

I would say that his mental stability was shaky to begin with, and the time spent in various jails does not make it better. I am not taking a stand either way on the case, that is for a jury to decide. Spitting is totally unacceptable period. His behavior is making people who have been willing to weigh all the facts or even are sympathetic to reconsider.

At least he decided to spit on someone on camera this time in a courtroom full of witnesses. When he's done this to law enforcement officers twice previously seemed like most people on here bent over backwards to say it was a lie when LEO made the claims. I guess the famous spit hood will be making a return to the courtroom.

Looks to me like a case of the court room being set up wrong and the prisoner able to get too close to people. Can't you people control your prisoners? This whole mess with the Houston Brothers is getting to be a joke! Since when is someone spitting on someone enough to cause this much of an uproar? Control your prisoners, if these guards can't do it then hire someone who can. I read a lot of news and this is the first time (second if you count the "assault charge on the first spitting incident) that I have ever seen any other news report, comment on someone spitting on someone. It is even juvenile to report this. I don't care who you are.

Yes, anyone. I thought of that after I posted. Specifically with Rocky though, he strikes me as the type that would have a royal fit and go balistic if someone spit in his wife's face, but he can do it to someone else's wife.

i am sure he regretting that one, cause i bet he just lost the majority of , if any sympathy from any remaing jury pool out there, matter of time before he HANGED himself.
