"NOTE: Approximately 3 inches of rain overnight increased water velocity at the Oakdale gauge on the Emory River to near 56,000 cubic feet per second (cfs). Storm event sampling will occur as soon as is safely possible. Nature and Extent mapping will be revisited. Heavy rain has kept ash from becoming airborne."
