That is going to be a tough

That is going to be a tough schedule to make. If nothing else the sheer volume of ash that will have to be removed and transported makes it problematic. There's roughly 3 million tons in the Emory that are slated for Alabama, and two million in the other places, "above dike two" is the term TVA uses. I have trouble seeing how things come together in that time frame but I wish them luck.
