Does the City of Kingston...

... not yet know that the name of the office in Roane County is "County Executive?" It's been that way since very shortly after Mike Farmer took office. There IS no County Mayor in Roane County.

However, in defense of our City Manager's assistant, she is overworked; underappreciated and old habits are hard to break.

In addition, all the counties around us still have Mayors.
