Harriman 5th Graders Hope for Math Literature and Materials

Updated: There are only 18 15 days left to the DonorsChoose.org funding request of a class of Raymond S. Bower elementary school students. They are hoping for math-themed books to read, graph paper, and other math-related supplies.

The students have raised most of the funds needed but are still $184.89 $174.89 from their goal.

Please, won't you consider giving at least a little? We can let these would-be readers and math students know we care: (link...).

And remember: your donation will go farther if during checkout you edit the optional donation for DonorsChoose down to 0% from 15%.

Now let's elect some school board members and County commissioners who will make these types of requests unnecessary.

I agree that these requests should be funded by the county instead of haphazardly relying on donations.
