how to build a solar heated sauna for $50 or less? I would be willing to conduct a workshop for participants at $10. per person here on the farm if enough people were interested. We'll actually build one in a hands on workshop.

Are all saunas created equal? I actually have an unassembled barrel sauna in my basement bought from a company called Almost Heaven Hot Tubs years ago. Would it detox and cleanse, or is there more to it than just your basic barrell sauna.

The point is to sweat

and it doesn't really matter how fancy or not the structure is that helps you accomplish that goal. The key is to drink LOTS of water during the sweat to keep the flushing action going without dehydrating your body. After the sweat, a cool shower or plunge in a clean creek will finish you up. Check the link I previously posted for more info.
