Please log into the Roane County News site and vote on the Pit Bull Ban. The question is kind of odd. So read it carefully. We want them to stop persuing the Pit Bull ban.

We have spent a great deal of time in discussion of the Pit Bull bans. I have referenced the ban in Harriman more than a few times. I owe Harriman an apology

How hard would it be to alter the ordinace

Did you know that the City of Harriman already has a Pit Bull Ban? How did this get by without us knowing it? Did I sleep through April?

How are they enforcing it? Not very well! There were several Pit Bulls among the crowd at the Labor day celebrations.

We have a Literacy Council in Roane County? Did you know they actually meet? Did you know they need us to make an impact on Adult Education in this county?
