Knox County Mayor Mike Ragsdale is a complex person. And, as with most all folks, he's not all good or bad.
Seems he and Shelby County Mayor have been working on a deal that could ultimately provide free community college tuition for some people that need it.

The way I look at it, providing a way for people to get a post-secondary education that otherwise would have been unable to do so is a good thing. No matter what other political scraps a feller may have been involved in.

I say - take the medicine for the bad things if and when they are proven, and take the kudos for this, Mike!
