This is very troubling to my civil liberties. Watch the video.
I've told everybody in my family that the answer is "NO" when any office ask if they mind if they search their vehicle. That is the advice of every one of my attorney friends.

Where is the statement from the police spokesman affirming that their officers will be given training on determining the difference between the number 5 and the number 7?
Similar to the fake DUI checkpoints on I-40, where they put up a sign ahead of an isolated exit and search every car coming off that exit. Do they still have those in Roane County? They were frequently at the "airport" exit and at the Buttermilk Road exit.

Just last night there was a piece on the Dallas Tx news channels about an older couple from Dallas who were returning from a trip to Ohio. Seems that they are big Buckeye fans and their car had quite a few bumper stickers with the Buckeye logo which depicts a buckeye leaf. The idiotic Tennessee trooper who stopped them and searched their car thought the leaf meant they were pot dealers. They vowed never to set foot in Tennessee again. Someone needs to put a stop to this.
But it is only WC with this original story posting that ties the two issue together to give us a fuller understanding. Thumbs down to both the Commercial Appeal and the Columbus Dispatch.
Well, this type of money treasure hunt was the theme of an episode of "The Good Wife" not too long ago.
I saw an Ohio license plate in that video so here's a warning to Ohio State Buckeye Fans from one such fan traveling west on I-40.
'nuff said.

It's nice to be appreciated. (Mostly I get yelled at)
