Kudos to Roane County Sheriff's Deputy, Brandon Smith for entering the lake and swimming out to the almost submerged vehicle of Justin Earle. Earle was successfully rescued after Deputy Smith rounded up an inner tube and life jacket and swam out with them. Water temperatures are cold enough to be a threat to life this time of year.
