Michael Burton defends calling public comments "stupid" by saying he didn't intend for his emails to be made public. Then he shows deep ignorance of fracking's consequences in other areas. MetroPulse has the stuff:
My contacts are stunned that the Oil and Gas Board didn't even go with the American Petroleum Institute's own recommendations for minimum standards. TN drilling regs are straight out of the old west. Sad!
