TVA Continues Refusal to Make Whole Those It Has Harmed

I would really like to know the inside personalities that are keeping this thing going and in the news. Roane County will never completely recover until it's people are made whole with compensation for lost property value as a result of the TVA disaster. TVA should do the honorable thing and let's get this out of the news.
