Early in this process It was suggested that TVA mediate with its victims and let's get this settled and behind us so Roane County could recover. TVA has steadfastly refused to do the right thing and now the suffering has gone on for nearly four years. It's time for everyone to call for TVA to do the honorable thing and to come to the table. At the same time we should see further investigation into what Judge Varlan called "disingenuous testimony" on the part of TVA's representatives in the court hearing.
