Commissioner Ellis made a motion to withdraw the resolution dealing with hiring Mr. Moore to handle property tax appeals that have gone past the Board of Equalization to the state. A brief discussion followed with Ellis stating the opinion that the Commission did not have the authority to appoint anyone to do what is supposed to be an elected official's job. The resolution was withdrawn unanimously.
