I'm not happy that it took this long to get here and I'm still really unhappy that an agency of my own government is way behind even BP Oil in taking care of the economic victims of this disaster, but real progress has been made in restoring the environment and the surrounding areas and for that I'm happy.

Update note: The photo that continues to be used by the media shows the horrendous morning after view of an ash destroyed house. That photo needs to change or at least show what that site looks like today. TVA has released before and after shots of several areas that have been recovered and the difference is stunning and heartening. I'll try to post those soon.
