That was an official video release back in the day. I guess they assumed everyone who listened to the music was a druggie. As the designated driver for my rock band I was never sure what they were trying to show, unless it was confusion. Here's a homemade CCR video from current times. I like it better but it didn't quite fit the weather forecast theme.
