I've been to this website and I've used it to help in a very small way with some classroom needs. It is easy. And it is really neat to get the emails back showing the progress that's being made because of one's contributions, however meager.
I appreciate OneT's keeping us reminded when these needs arise.
It doesn't matter whether we all agree on all details of how to make the world a better place, I can't see how any of us could disagree on such a simple, concrete way to help directly in our own classrooms right here in Roane County.

Please consider stepping up to help these students? So many classrooms need help now, but if we each give a little, all those students can gave the books etc. that they need. See: Link...
Yes, the school district should provide these books and other items, but the reality is that they don't. Please help our classrooms be better than the low funding from the district allows?

A middle school in Rockwood needs books. A kindergarten in Harriman needs software. A first-grade class in Rockwood needs other things.
