So is Rockwood considered more Democratic than other areas of Roane County? The area of Loudon County added to district 32 is heavily Republican-Farragut suburbs, lake properties, and part of Greenback.

Rockwood and Midtown lean Democratic but more realistically are the homes of Hurley's perceived Dem opposition. Roane County looks like it is going from having one state Rep who pays them no attention to having TWO State Reps with no connection to Roane County.
