Good read and very informative. Its a shame that we have to get this info from secondary sources. Our gov agencies just can't seem to do the right thing...guess its not in their DNA.

The next slap in the face will come from the EPA when they fail to classify coal ash as hazardous waste. The feds have the power to transform this disaster into a positive situation going forward on multiple fronts...but hardly the moral fortitude.
