I just noticed this "Roane County, TN Blog." It was started by "Welcome to Roane County, TN" last January, shortly after the Great TVA Coal Ash Disaster: Link...
There are pretty pictures but no mention of TVA, coal, or the ash spill. There is a section called "Roane Views" though.

Okay, your point is that this web-site only posted good news. They didn't bother to throw a lot of negative crap on it, and you are offended. The nerve of these people... to try and promote this county with it's good qualities. If you don't like it, don't visit it, and keep preaching doom and gloom!

It's a fine "Visit Roane County" web site. It doesn't appear to be intended to be a work space for people who want to fix problems and make Roane County better. That is what RoaneViews is for. If we do good honest work here then we can make our home closer to the idealized place presented in County ad sites like that one.
