With over 160 cast members, it's billed as Tennessee's largest production of The Nutcracker.

Dates and times are as follows:

December 3, 7:00 p.m.

December 5, 7:00 p.m.

December 6, 2:00 p.m.

There will also be two productions on Friday, December 4 for students from Knox, Roane, Morgan and Cumberland Counties.

This year, the 2009 Roane County Nutcracker will collect food donations for the Roane County Animal Shelter. Guests are encouraged to bring a bag or can of their pet's favorite food to be donated to the animal shelter.

Tickets are $15.00 in advance.
